This is fine, Ron. The whole reason I included you in my interviews about this was to find out if it is working and what are the results. Nobody is calling and asking for vertical development theory and that means we have plenty of room to explore this and find out to what extent it moves the needle for professionals, for communicators, and for adults with traits of giftedness.
