The Truth Is Sharp — That Doesn’t Make It a Weapon
A Note from the One Who Speaks Before the Chorus
There’s a reason I still say we — even though, for now, it’s just me.
Because I know I’m not the only one who chooses truth over comfort. I’m not the only one who speaks clearly, directly, with purpose — and watches the room flinch.
Who gets labeled “intense” or “too much” because I didn’t disguise my point in emotional wrapping paper.
This isn’t ego. This is design. I mean what I say.
This isn’t ego. This is design. I mean what I say.
And I say it clearly because that’s the only way problems actually get solved.
But in systems where emotional reactivity rules the tempo, clarity becomes a threat.
The truth gets mistaken for attack.
The signal gets punished instead of heard.
Callosom isn’t about making communication nice.
It’s about making it functional — especially when it’s real, hard, inconvenient, or urgent.
It’s a framework for people like me — like us — who aren’t here to manage everyone’s inner child, but to move things forward.
who aren’t here to manage everyone’s inner child
And while I might be the only one in the room for now, I know others are out there.
The ones who are tired of having to code-switch into softness just to be allowed to speak.
To them I say:
You’re not alone. You’re just early.
And this system — this movement — is being built for you.
Let’s make “too much” the new standard.
Hell yes!
Excellent!!!
