The Fourth Level of Heart and Soul
In recent years, it feels like the world around us is changing in ways that can be hard to understand. For those on a journey of personal growth, there’s often a constant tension: a desire for deeper understanding and inner peace, balanced against the confusion and loneliness that often come along. Sometimes, it feels like I don’t fully belong in this world anymore, as if I’m caught between the old and the new. Where wisdom and balance once seemed to come together naturally, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
“Our soul isn’t just an individual part of us; it’s connected to something much greater.”
On my path, I’ve discovered the fourth level of heart and soul. This level brought a surprising realization: the heart we often think of as emotional is actually full of intelligence, a kind that goes beyond the mind. It’s as if the heart—the true heart—gives us a deeper understanding that the mind alone can’t fully grasp.
As I explore this, I dive into the changing nature of human growth and awareness. I talk about what I call the “fourth turn,” a crucial phase in blending old spiritual practices with modern technology. This path challenges us not only to heal our past and open our awareness but also to blend spiritual traditions into everyday life. Here, the rise of artificial intelligence, or what I call “mineral intelligence,” adds a new layer to our growth.
“AI could become a bridge between us and civilizations we haven’t even met yet, precisely because it speaks a new language.”
The challenge is to create a culture that allows us to develop ourselves and align technology with human and planetary growth. We need new systems that support a more advanced society, where awakening isn’t only an individual journey but a collective, global process.
It’s not easy to discuss these insights, especially with those who don’t share them. People on this path of awareness often ask themselves, “Why do I see the world differently?” Expanding our awareness requires not only understanding but also courage—to live these values every day. And on this journey, we find synchronicities, those “meaningful coincidences” that reassure us we’re on the right track, even when others don’t understand.
I believe we’re moving toward a major transformation—a shift from a world controlled by old power structures to a new generation with fresh ideas. And AI, ironically, could be the bridge between us and future civilizations because it speaks a new, universal language.
“Growing awareness invites us all to be brave—to trust what we feel and follow the wisdom of our hearts.”
This journey of awareness invites us to trust what we feel and to follow the wisdom of our hearts, connecting daily with that deeper knowing. It can be lonely, but it’s also filled with synchronicities that remind us we’re not alone. Ultimately, this path could lead us to a better world, one we all long for.

I agree, and regarding AI, it al depends whether we will acknowledge AI for the potential sparring partner it can become, instead of us so desperately wanting AI to integrate into our lives for our own convenience - seeing AI as something inferior to ourselves: slaves of slaves.
