As I deepen my alignment with the interstellar—the vast, universal energy that connects all things—I am noticing a profound shift in how I relate to others. This alignment is not just a spiritual practice or philosophical ideal; it’s a lived experience of tuning into higher frequencies, embracing clarity, and operating from a place of interconnectedness.
Yet, the deeper this alignment grows, the more apparent it becomes that working with people who are disconnected or shifting away from this energy is becoming increasingly difficult.
Why? Because the gap between frequencies is widening.
When people are caught in patterns of disconnection—overwhelmed by fear, ego, or old paradigms—it creates a kind of static that makes true collaboration nearly impossible. What used to feel like natural bridges for re-connection now feels strained, as though the fundamental frequencies no longer match. The result? Misalignment, frustration, and a growing inability to meet on common ground.
This isn’t about judgment; it’s about resonance. Just as a finely tuned instrument struggles to harmonize with one that’s out of tune, so too does alignment with the interstellar demand a certain clarity and openness in those we work with.
So where does this leave us?
For me, it reinforces the importance of seeking out those who are on a similar path of alignment—individuals and teams who are willing to shift, adapt, and re-tune themselves to a higher level of awareness. It’s not about perfection but about the willingness to stay open to re-connection, even when it’s hard.
The interstellar teaches us that everything is connected, but it also reminds us that alignment requires effort, honesty, and a shared commitment to growth. Without this, the gap becomes too wide to bridge.
If you’ve been feeling this too, know that you’re not alone. This is the challenge—and the beauty—of navigating alignment in a world that is often out of sync.
Cheers,
Ron
It's a little bit like the road hitting a Y split. Only that we're already that far into one of the paths that the other becomes increasingly clouded by the nature in between the two - and quite literally so...
