Leadership without awareness of the current is nothing more than drifting.
Most management books remain stuck at the surface – in models and waves – while it is the undercurrents that set the true direction.
Many management books do talk about the undercurrent.

My new book is in the making: an exploration of 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, built on 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 and the 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗼.
Current management literature largely operates at the surface.
Models, methods and buzzwords provide a sense of security, but miss what truly matters: the 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in which organizations and leadership move.
This new book is grounded in three fundamentals:
𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 – the ability to see what is happening beneath the surface.
𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 – the systemic sensitivity and sharpness that make such vision possible.
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙖𝙤 – not as philosophy, but as the logic of current, timing and resonance.
The practical context where these insights are tested is 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It shows how every decision affects not only business direction, but also relational foundations. And it makes visible what applies to every organization: without trust and resonance there can be no sustainable course.
